Description

SUMMARY

The Digital Communications Supervisor will be responsible for leading digital marketing execution and personalizing the fan experience across channels. This includes managing development and execution of all email marketing, mobile app personalization, push notifications, and SMS/MMS communications, as needed, for numerous internal clients within the Kraft Sports + Entertainment and Gillette Stadium businesses, including the New England Patriots. This position will also be responsible for overseeing KSE marketing knowledge base, including all content on the Gillette Stadium website, mobile app, and chatbot to ensure relevance and proper prioritization. The position will be responsible for multiple concurrent projects and will report to the Customer Marketing System Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead the planning, development, and execution of high volume of email, push and SMS campaigns that drive growth across our brands through retention, cross-sell and up-sellDevelop and lead digital marketing calendar, prioritizing touchpoints based on revenue potential and reachFacilitate the creation and development of customer journey campaigns including onboarding, offboarding, and nurture programsStrategize and organize communications calendar for member outreach including leading monthly communication planning meetings and resultant action items to deliver relevant and timely touchpoints to membersMaintain cross platform knowledge base, ensuring consistent messaging across Email, Web, App, Chatbot, and PushResponsible for all content within the Gillette Stadium website and mobile app to ensure relevant and proper prioritizationSupport marketing & personalization strategy across the Patriots and Gillette Stadium mobile appsDevelop and execute push notification strategy from Gillette Stadium App across all stadium eventsServe as platform owner of Gillette Stadium, Patriots and Revolution website chatbotCreate messaging (emails, web copy, SMS, digital ads, acquisition forms, sweepstakes, etc.) and monitor copy, to support campaigns and communication prioritiesOwn and manage the static and interactive stadium maps repository to ensure accuracy, distribution, and utilization of group specific stadium mapsCollaborate with creative teams to ensure communications are executed within brand guidelines of New England Patriots and Gillette StadiumEnsure persuasive Calls To Action and tracking mechanisms (e.g., came from codes) are included as neededLead the creation, scheduling, and deployment of all email and SMS campaigns, including copywriting and proofreadingDevelop emails and landing page layouts that are mobile responsive and user-friendly, and test renderings across multiple email clients and Internet Service ProvidersCollaborate with departments across the organization to support member communication objectivesConsume sports and marketing content across other teams, leagues, and brandsSpecial projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field3-5years of relevant communication and marketing experience with increased responsibilityPrevious experience with email marketing platforms such as Zeta, Marketo, Responsys, Exact Target preferredExcellent copywriting and proofreading skillsStrong knowledge of email and digital technologies, software, and applicationsDetail and results oriented, with strong organizational and project management skillsDevelopment and page design experience within content management systemsFlexibility in working quickly and efficiently under pressure to handle shifting prioritiesThorough knowledge of email marketing concepts and best practicesAbility to work collaboratively with teams consisting of technical and non-technical membersWork well in fast paced, team-oriented environment, with consumer-centric mindsetAble to take constructive criticism and change direction to suit operational needsPHYSICAL DEMANDS
