A growing private practice is seeking an experienced, compassionate counselor to join our team. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities with the flexibility to work remotely, though some in-office sessions are required for clients who prefer face-to-face interactions. You'll provide therapeutic services for individuals, couples, and groups, helping clients address a range of mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.Conduct both virtual and in-person sessions tailored to client needs.Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust them as needed to meet client goals.Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive client care.Stay informed about the latest counseling techniques and ethical standards.Requirements:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.Licensed in Ohio (LPC, LSW, MFT, LPCC, LISW, IMFT, or Psychologist).Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload.Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and basic computer skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to meet clients both virtually and in-person.Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in incorporating Christian Counseling and faith-based approaches.Experience with specialized therapeutic approaches (CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.).Experience working with specific populations (children, trauma survivors, couples, etc.).What We Offer:
