POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator serves as an experienced staff member within Clinical Research Operations. The Sr. CRC provides initial and ongoing mentorship to Research Operations staff. The Sr. CRC serves as primary coordinator for assigned studies, including multi-site studies for which JHACH is the lead coordinating site and supports.

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree5 years of prior clinical research coordination experienceCertified as a Clinical Research Professional through SoCRA or ACRPCertified trainer for CTMS and e-REG onboarding (e.g., OnCore) within 12 months of hireComputer proficiency in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; extensive experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems or databasesAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to travel throughout the JHACH service areas in a timely mannerDemonstrates ability to serve as primary coordinator with progressive team lead skillsSalary Range: Minimum 29.74 per hour - Maximum 47.58 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
