Senior Executive Assistant
to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage a complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.Coordinate and manage special projects.Provide administrative support to the CEO and team.Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a nonprofit organization.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
