Responsibilities:

As an Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Handling a wide variety of complex litigation matters.2. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis.3. Drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.4. Participating in discovery, depositions, and court hearings.5. Interacting professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies.6. Utilizing your strong analytical skills to develop legal strategies that align with our clients' objectives.7. Utilizing your excellent written and communication skills to effectively present complex legal concepts to clients and other parties.8. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Associate Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2. An active member in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.3. 5+ years of experience in public accounting.4. Proven experience as a mid-level associate, preferably in a law firm setting.5. Extensive litigation experience, specifically in complex litigation, commercial litigation, and labor and employment litigation.6. In-depth knowledge of employment law.7. Strong skills in legal research, drafting motions, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court hearings.8. Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.9. Superior written and communication skills.10. Proven ability to interact professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies.11. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.12. A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
