The Opportunity : We are seeking a hard-working, collaborative, faith-filled individual to support the work of the NDCL administrative team. This individual will perform operational tasks to maintain an effective and well-organized office that reflects the mission, vision, and core values of the school. As the forward-facing person in the main office, the ideal candidate will be positive, approachable, resourceful, and discreet.

Facilitate and support logistics for school-wide events • Serve as a liaison between the administrative team, faculty, staff, families, and students. This includes receiving and screening phone calls, emails, and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact anddiplomacy, taking messages, recording attendance, and directing calls and requests appropriatelyWork closely with the NDCL Principal to keep her informed and prepared for upcoming meetings and responsibilities, ensuring appropriate follow-upManage confidential matters with respect, discretion, and sensitivity • Establish and maintain credibility, trust, and support with both internal and external constituentsSalaried position with some expectation for flexibility of daily hours and the need for occasional early morning, weekend, or evening tasksQualifications:
Candidates should possess most of the following attributes and competencies:
Undergraduate or Graduate DegreeExperience: minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a senior leader, preferably an administrator in an educational organization.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)Experience with educational management systems is preferred
