Our Crisis Support Team is currently recruiting for a Licensed Clinician (Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, LMSW, LPC) to serve as a clinical lead on crisis Level 1 Interventions.Office located in:

Little Rock, AR.

The Clinician will coordinate with providers, law enforcement, hospitals, government agencies, families/advocates, and behavioral health partners and must be willing to flex schedule accordingly to provide services, supports, care and treatment to individuals as required, respond immediately when dispatched on crisis responses, and be present to provide consultation to provider agency staff.Responsibilities:Provide clinical recommendations and training to participating providers.Serve as a member of the Crisis Support Team.Assist in providing information to the Crisis Support Team.Facilitate referrals quickly to prevent escalation of crisis.Establish formal and informal collaboration with project stakeholders.Establish and maintain record keeping functions; integration with Summit's EHR and other applicable data systems.Complete necessary documentation to facilitate reimbursement through primary funding sources.Develop and implement safety plans as appropriate.Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation to supervisor or department headProvide communication regarding consumer, home, or work related needs to supervisor.Must maintain good attendance.Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) Community Provider regulations and standards;Knowledge of health care privacy and confidentiality rules;Knowledge of Person-centered care and support for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or co-existing mental health diagnoses.Must possess & demonstrate critical thinking skillsSkillful in use of electronic medical records systems, computers & general office equipment;Skillful in interpersonal communication needed to advocate for individuals, communicate with family members, healthcare professionals, support coordinators and others.Ability to monitor and train staff in provision of person centered supports and services, including crisis de-escalation, crisis response, and trauma informed servicesQualifications:Minimum:Valid driver's license and auto insuranceCurrent Licensure as LMSW/LCSW or LPCMeet criteria to maintain licenseCPR/Basic First aid and CPI with on-going recertificationExperience providing case management services to individuals with IDD and/or Behavioral Heath diagnosesMust be computer literatePreferred:Have experience working with individuals who have IDD and behavioral health diagnoses and are experiencing a crisis situationWorking knowledge of the Arkansas DHS service systemWe'd love to see your application!
