Physical Therapist (PT)

will promote sensomotor skills through enhancement of musculoskeletal status, neuro behavioral organization, perceptual and motor development, cardiopulmonary status and effective environmental adaptation for children birth to 3 years development. Other options to work in surrounding areas nearby: Havre, Shelby, Browning, ChoteauBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance.Life insurance.Mileage reimbursement.Tuition reimbursement.Paid Time Off and Sick Time Pay.Flexible Spending Account (FSA).Advancement opportunities.401k with company match.Employee discounts with various vendors.Responsibilities :Assessment, evaluation, diagnostic services, plan development training and support to family members in implementing the IFSP.Environmental consultation to ensure that appropriate adaptations and safety issues for the eligible child have been incorporated.Provide services which are rehabilitative, active or restorative and prescribed by a licensed physician.Improve child's functional ability to perform tasks at home and in other environments.Correct or compensate for medical problem to prevent or minimize a disability.Complete necessary documentation to facilitate reimbursement through primary funding sources (i.e., Medicaid, First Steps, etc.).Comply with First Steps Provider Agreement with regard to continuing education, etc.Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head.Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individualsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to supervise othersExcellent communication skillsStrong computer and paperwork skillsQualifications:Valid Driver's License.Registered with American Physical Therapy Association.Certified by Medical Licensing Board.Meets criteria for First Steps Provider EnrollmentWe'd love to see your application!
