HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Senior Clinical Research Coordinator
to fill an opening with a
large pharmacy store chain
in Kissimmee, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for a
Senior Clinical Research Coordinator
:
Manage day-to-day operations of clinical trials, including participant interactions and site-level activities.Recruit and screen participants, ensuring eligibility and obtaining consent as per trial protocols.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that comply with FDA and OHRP regulations.Train and guide clinical trial staff, ensuring compliance with trial procedures and protocols.Serve as the primary contact for participants, facilitating communication with the Principal Investigator and other team members.Schedule participant visits, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate concerns as necessary.Document safety events and prepare reports for review by the Principal Investigator.Ensure accurate data collection and reporting in both Sponsor and Walgreens databases.Collaborate with internal/external parties, including study sponsors, monitors, and investigators.Maintain study supplies, ensure credentialing of the team, and oversee investigational product management if applicable.Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F
Required Qualifications for a
Senior Clinical Research Coordinator:
3-5 years in clinical trial spaceWorking knowledge of ICH-GCP, US CFR, and HIPAA regulationsExperience working independently and making appropriate decisions to operationalize and move clinical trials forwardExperience overseeing multiple clinical trials concurrently, while maintaining attention to detailExperience prioritizing tasks and resources, meeting deadlines, and being adaptable to changing prioritiesProficient with phlebotomy (certification not mandatory). CRCs are expected to draw bloodHSD / GED
