HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
The Manufacturing Associate (Crater) works as part of manufacturing department preparing the final products for shipment. Manufacturing Associate will also assist in other areas of production, as assigned. Reports to Quality Supervisor.
This is a temporary assignment expected to last 9-12 months with the possibility of extension.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Seal and crate finished products to prepare for shipping
Operate pallet jack to stage products for shipping
Collaborates with other departments and teammates
Maintains a safe, clean & organized work area
Must be able to read work instructions, communicate effectively with other team members and write work orders and emails.
May assist in other areas within the quality department, as assigned by the Quality Supervisor
Will be cross trained to provide QC support within Inspection and MRB activities

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. Relevant work experience in lieu of diploma/GED is acceptable
This position is physically demanding; works on the production and warehouse floor, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling & lifting
Must be able a pallet jack and other manual equipment within a warehouse environment
Good manual dexterity and ability to move quickly
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Requires safety shoes and safety glasses
