Electrical Foreman

Job Title: Electrical ForemanLocation: Naples, FloridaPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced and professional Electrical Foreman with a strong background in managing large-scale electrical projects, specifically in multifamily developments. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing scopes of work on multimillion-dollar projects for electrical contractors. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to guide a team in executing electrical installations while ensuring project deadlines, safety, and quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the electrical scope of work for multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on site, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.Interpret and execute blueprints, electrical schematics, and detailed construction plans.Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and mitigate any issues.Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes, as well as project specifications.Manage materials, labor, and resources effectively to maintain budget and timeline objectives.Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to crew members as needed.Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure a clean, safe working environment.Track and report daily job progress, addressing any issues proactively to avoid project delays.Communicate regularly with project managers, providing updates on project status, timelines, and any potential concerns.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman managing multimillion-dollar electrical projects.Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.Experience in multifamily construction projects is essential.Must have a stable work history and proven track record of job performance.Clean background and drug screening required.Professional, clean-cut appearance and strong work ethic.In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive base salary, based on experience.Health benefits, paid time off (PTO), and other employee perks.Opportunities for career advancement within the company.If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining a dynamic team in Naples, Florida, please submit your resume and project list to cgonzalez@bnwservices.com
