The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the completion of electrical installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while fostering a positive team environment. Veracity Electric's dedication to professionalism, teamwork, and faith drives both its mission and the way it conducts business, ensuring a lasting, positive impact on future generations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Fully understand project costs and budget, ensuring all projects are delivered under budget and on schedule.Use Procore to complete detailed daily reports and maintain two-week look-ahead schedules for manpower, materials, and project milestones.Develop and implement strategies that ensure compliance with both project requirements and company policies.Lead, motivate, and hold your team accountable, fostering a positive work environment and solving issues on-site.Recruit and develop team members, mentoring at least one team member per year into a leadership role.Ensure your jobsite is safety incident-free, adhering to all safety protocols.Communicate effectively with trade partners, general contractors, owners, and your team to ensure smooth project progression.Stay proactive by ensuring all necessary tools, materials, and manpower are available to meet project milestones and schedules.Uphold a safe work environment by strictly following company and OSHA safety guidelines; promptly report any violations to immediate supervisorEnsure all electrical work adheres to or surpasses current NEC and local jurisdiction requirementsInstall electrical wiring and systems for commercial and multifamily projects, which includes pipe bending, wire pulling, and conduit runningThe ideal candidate should possess:Strong understanding of the NEC Code book, blueprints, specifications, and local AHJ codes.Proven ability to develop and execute project plans, utilizing critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.Leadership abilities to motivate and manage teams while maintaining a positive attitude, even under pressure.Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to challenges and follow through on commitments.Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with all stakeholders.Experience:Minimum 5 years of electrical experience in a foreman or electrician role (Required)License/Certification:Valid Driver's License (Required)Electrical License (Preferred)Benefits:Health Insurance OptionsMedicalDentalVisionPaid Time OffPaid vacation and holiday daysCareer Growth OpportunitiesWork Life BalanceTravel OpportunitiesCompany and Team EventsPerformance or Annual BonusesContinued Training and CertificationsSchedule:8-hour shift, Monday to Friday with occasional overtimeWork Location:Kansas City, MO and surrounding areasJoin Veracity Electric as an Electrical Foreman and help lead our team to success!
