Job DescriptionArchitect, deploy, and manage VDI solutions using Omnissa/VMware Horizon View, Citrix Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktops, and Windows 365.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security, compliance, and efficiency of Endpoint Virtualization environments.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations for reliability and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Virtual Apps and Desktops solutions with other IT services and infrastructure.Provide expert-level support and guidance to IT staff and end-users.Possess and display expert skills in the following areas: technical troubleshooting, vendor management, customer service, communication, thought leadership and project managementStay current with the latest developments and best practices in Virtual Apps and Desktops technologies.Lead and mentor junior engineers and IT staff.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.Lead and manage the migration of workflows from VMware Horizon View to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance during transitions.
