Job Description:
Responsibilities Lead the deployment of GenAI and LLM models through enterprise grade applications Document findings and provide strategic recommendations to business stakeholders, outlining potential paths forward, technological capabilities, and relevant limitations. Actively engage in professional learning within the constantly evolving AI landscape, with an emphasis on the Microsoft ecosystem Engage with your team to derive realistic effort estimates, embracing the iterative nature of early-stage AI development. Participate in ethical, risk, and security discussions to ensure all solutions meet Crowe's high standards. Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to refine project objectives and demonstrate preliminary results. Ensure a seamless transition of validated concepts to the AI Development team for full-scale implementation. Actively contribute to the professional growth and development of your team members via code review and coaching. Required Skills and Experience
Proven ability to lead a team through technical projects and execute tasks autonomously amidst ambiguity. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on AI and Microsoft technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Expertise in prompt engineering and familiarity with tools like Enterprise ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Studio Strong foundation in Software Development. Including C#, SQL, JavaScript, Python. Excellent communication skills, adept at summarizing complex technical details for non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker, capable of linking technical findings to business objectives. Proven leadership in managing technical teams, with a focus on innovation and strategic analysis. Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools Preferred Skills
Strong experience with Azure services, particularly Azure AI, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services. Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect). Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and its integration with Power Platform. Experience with DevOps practices and tools within the Microsoft environment. Previous experience in a professional services environment. Background in business analysis, with a knack for translating business needs into technical requirements. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
