Job Description
Sixt is looking for an Account Manager SME to develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, serving as their main point of contact and up-selling relevant solutions. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:Excellent work ethic and willingness to take on multiple tasksHighly efficient communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskEnergetic and success-orientedProfessional written and verbal skillsKey Responsibilities:
Manage and negotiate existing and newly acquired accounts for cross- and up-sellingDevelop and maintain relationships with B2B corporate accountsMaintain an accurate and up to date database of customers using SalesforceReach and exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsServe as the mobility expert and consultant for our corporate customersOversee a significant portfolio of existing customersAid in the improvement of the existing sales process and the optimization of everyday routinesContribute to revenue growth to meet business plan targetsAnalyze existing customers to offer Sixt products that fit their needsQualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in sales or account managementDemonstrated passion and skill for salesProven ability to recognize complex customer needs and match those with suitable offersTarget-driven motivationFamiliarity with MS Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)Structured, communicative, and confident on the phoneStrong analytical skills and good at prioritizing and solving problems
