Manager of Project Management Office (PMO)
TCP is growing and this position will be responsible for establishing the PMO infrastructure, managing and developing a team to collectively drive to the successful delivery of the organization's strategic roadmap in partnership with the development leaders. In addition, the right candidate will help implement and refine Agile and Scrum methodologies across TCP's product portfolio, assuming overall accountability for the successful delivery on all projects. The candidate is someone who thrives in an agile, collaborative, team-based environment, working closely with technology peers across TCP as well as main vendor partners. This position offers the opportunity to help shape the future of our growing organization as well as serve as a champion for continuous improvement. Fully remote position with occasional travel to regional TCP office locations.
As a PMO Manager, you will:
Implement and refine Agile and Scrum Methodologies across the engineering organizationProvide visibility to the engineering leadership by rolling out consistent Scrum Metrics across various scrum teamsMentor, guide, and train existing Scrum Masters and Development Managers, leading to improved performance and accountabilityTrack deadlines, deliverables, resources, action items, and timelines throughout projects and hold owners accountable for their commitmentsIdentify dependencies and possible issues across teams programs processes and make sure they are known, owned, and mitigatedFacilitate the product portfolio strategic alignment and verify the portfolio priorities are decided and communicated to the organizationCreate visibility, alignment & clarity across the engineering organizationCommunicate management decision to the organization and report back the ongoing status of the projectsProactively drive change and develop the organization to be efficient, lean, and cloud orientedDefineevaluatechange processes and roll out new and updated processes to the organizationManage the standard operating process document repositoryDefine and track KPIs for measuring the organization's success and efficiencyWork with Product StrategyCloudOpsSupport and Services to streamline the cloud delivery processFacilitate discussions to understand lessons learnedYou are a strong fit for this role if you have:
Bachelor's Degree or higher required8+ years overall engineering experience including a minimum of 3 years of project management and leadership experienceProven experience managing programs, projects, operations, services, and teams in matrix and global environmentsProven experience leading complex management initiatives, establishing new company processes, and driving change managementExperience in scaled Agile methodologiesProven experience providing visibility of project status through relevant and accurate information; developing & tracking projectsprogram plans and ensuring accountability at all levelsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate, debate, and drive discussions across different locations and time zonesBenefits:
