The Role: Multi-$100,000 opportunity
As a Sales Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and shape our Outside Sales Representatives while building a sales team that aligns with your vision for success. You will drive the expansion of new markets as we establish nationwide distribution. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background who is eager to take on the challenge of enhancing our market presence and creating a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:Recruit and Manage : Hire and oversee a team of Wholesale Sales Representatives, ensuring they are motivated and supported.Relationship Building : Foster long-lasting relationships between your team and their customers, both new and existing.Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor and ensure that the Sales Team meets or exceeds sales targets.Strategic Planning : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales activities.Negotiation : Negotiate strategically with potential and existing customers to close sales effectively.What We're Looking For:
A seasoned sales leader of 5+ years with proven experience in spearheading new market initiativesExperience closing and managing large commercial accountsDemonstrated ability to identify challenges and transform them into opportunities for sales growthProven B2B sales experienceFamiliarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareManagement experience with a track record of leading sales teamsStrong time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organizedAhead of the curve in terms of software and a familiarity with AIWho You Are:

Must possess at least 2 years proven experience managing high-volume accounts in the beverage industry or related.Must have experience building and managing a sales teamExcellent interpersonal skills; candidates must be able to effectively interact with customers, internal employees, executives, account managers, and sales teams.Extensive CRM and various other software experience
