The Job:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, directing, implementing, and overseeing human resources policies and activities such as employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, payroll, and communications for the organization. The HR Manager is the primary human resources contact for the company. It is essential that this position works effectively in a team environment and communicates across multiple departments and levels. The HR Manager reports to the General Counsel.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations, and best practices.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and other industry standard software applications.
