Summary:
The Sr. Director, FP&A will manage all financial forecasting and analysis for the America's (USA and Canada) region and all the activities related to management decision making support. The FP&A team works with the CFO and senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to our strategic projects and will provide accurate financial guidance and analytics to all levels of management to inform essential decisions to pursue our financial and operational goals. This visible role will partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team to analyze the financial performance, promote strategies, and lead the development of essential plans, including cost savings priorities.
Requirements:Develops and uses data-driven analytics, including reports and dashboards, to add insights and applicable recommendations to promote growth and influence KPIs.Partners with Accounting and business leaders to increase financial results for the business.Provide timely and solid information to the organization to develop the business's long-term and short-term financial goals.Integrates our processes, people, and technology to identify and configure useful information and to provide practical business counsel to support project teams across the enterprise.Develops and monitors annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and month-end reporting of actual results, including variance analysis to forecast and budget.Conducts business processes and expenditures reviews to identify cooperation savings and removes non-value-added practices.Provides business/financial analysis and decision support that allows management to evaluate alternatives and the consequences of decisions.Prepares month-end variation analysis dashboard and presents results to the executive management team.Participates as an essential expert of the global finance team, assisting with identifying finance priorities, and managing, directly and indirectly, the finance staff in our Americas business.Promotes the annual budget process and improves the accuracy of the monthly forecast process.Prepares and provides presentations to support board and shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings, and several strategic committees of the company, and supports the strategic business planning process.Establishes meaningful reports and analytics that support the needs of internal executives and external partners.Works with functional leaders to standardize monthly financial reviews and establish a more comprehensive forecasting and budgeting process.Builds deep partner relationships across the organization to promote cost savings and efficiency improvements.Reports on essential company-wide performance metrics to the executive team.Participates in strategic data analysis and modeling for senior company leadership.Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures.Leads integration efforts with any mergers & acquisitions.Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams.Ownership: Drives people, processes, and operations of the FP&A department.Technical Expertise: Successful track record creating new, progressive approaches to Financial Planning & Analysis.Relationship Management: Passion and commitment to partnering with leaders at all levels.Negotiations: Empower and coach the leadership team.Confidentiality: Able to maintain confidential business and employee information.Agile: Able to navigate multiple projects, often coinciding with quick turnaround requirements.Strategic: Proficient in understanding industry trends and the impact of forces affecting business planning and competitive environment.Functional competencies include Accountability, Building Strategic Partnerships, Business Acumen, Ethics & Integrity, and Managing Vision & Purpose.Safety:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Related-Major RequiredMaster's degree in Business Administration or Finance (MBA)-PreferredCertified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)-PreferredMinimum of 6 years of Financial Planning and Analysis in a corporate growth company environment-RequiredMinimum of 10 years of Financial Analysis, Public Accounting, or Cost Accounting-RequiredAbility to travel domestically 5%-15%Anticipated base salary range:
$209,000 - $246,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
