About the job
As the VP of Finance, you will be at the forefront of Ana Luisa's financial strategy and operations. You'll manage our financial planning, reporting, and compliance efforts while playing a critical role in integrating our ERP system across channels. You'll lead a team dedicated to optimizing operational efficiency, cash flow, and financial reporting, positioning Ana Luisa for future expansion and success.
This role reports directly to the CEO.
What you'll be responsible for
Financial Strategy & Reporting: Develop and lead the implementation of strategic financial initiatives, delivering monthly financial reports and performance insights to senior management.ERP System Integration: Oversee and complete the integration of our ERP system with multi-channel distribution, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.Cash Flow & Operational Efficiency: Develop accurate cash flow forecasting models, enhance operational efficiency, and drive financial health across all channels.Equity & Debt Financing: Source, close, and manage equity and debt financings to support company growth initiatives. Build strong relationships with investors, negotiate terms, and ensure efficient capital allocation.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all financial operations comply with relevant regulations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to mitigate risk and enhance transparency.Growth & Expansion: Support the development of financing strategies for new wholesale accounts and retail expansion, ensuring financial sustainability and minimizing risks.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and ensuring excellence across all financial operations.What you'll bring
