As we continue to grow rapidly and expand across multiple channels, we’re looking for a Director of Operations to help streamline and oversee our distribution and operational efficiency.About the jobThe Director of Operations will report directly to the VP of Supply Chain and oversee all aspects of Ana Luisa’s distribution channels, including e-commerce, wholesale, marketplaces, and retail. You will lead a team of two direct reports (Multichannel Ops Manager and Logistics Lead) and play a key role in managing ERP system, inbound, outbound, fulfillment operations while collaborating closely with Production, Planning, Finance and Sales to ensure smooth channel expansion.What you’ll be responsible forOperations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of all distribution channels (e-commerce, wholesale, marketplaces, and retail) to ensure seamless fulfillment, product movement, and customer satisfaction.Inbound & Outbound Logistics:
Responsible for overseeing the relationship with our current 3PL and carrier network, post-purchase software partners, contract negotiation and strategic partnership upkeep.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Production, Planning, Finance and Sales teams to ensure the successful expansion and optimization of all distribution channels. Provide operational support for new product launches, inventory management, and channel-specific strategies.ERP Management:
Lead the ongoing management and optimization of Ana Luisa’s ERP system to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and smooth processes across all channels.Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics across multiple operational sub-functions and leverage insights from data to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices across the organization.Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute strategies to scale operational capabilities, supporting both domestic and international expansion. Plan and manage the implementation of new technology systems or platforms to support and automate operations.Team Leadership:
