This person will focus on enhancing production quality, efficiency, and volume. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, process development, and troubleshooting in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This job is onsite and not eligible for Visa sponsorship.RequirementsJob Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and lean manufacturing principles.Optimize production methods, material flow, tooling, assembly methods, and equipment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and apply new processes.Document, test, and evaluate processes and equipment for new products.Manage schedules, resources, and budgets for engineering projects.Develop strong relationships with internal teams, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.Identify and address manufacturing challenges through root cause analysis and lean methodologies.Contribute to the design and installation of new production machinery and equipment upgrades.Support the development of standardized work methods and practices.Job Qualifications/Experience & Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Manufacturing Technology.One or more years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.Project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.Leadership and Communication, including the ability to motivate and guide teams.
