The Account Manager I works with multi-policy accounts.This position will be a Hybrid opportunity working out of our Danville, VT location one week in office and one week from home.Responsibilities:You support processes, procedures and agency best practices and actively participate in all internal meetings pertaining to your position.You understand each clients decision process, the people involved, their goals and issues, and how our performance meets their expectations.You consistently achieve a minimum of 94% client retention and work toward 98%.You conduct thorough proactive reviews with High Value accounts annually and other mulit-policy accounts at least once every three years.You are proficient using all the IT programs and resources pertinent to your position and you leverage technology, tools, resources and information to maximize your efficiency and that of other team members.You are viewed as a model for the behaviors and attitudes consistent with the Alera Group brand.You show an understanding of how your personal work habits impact the agencys overall performance.You seek professional development opportunities and feedback throughout the year to monitor your professional growth.You complete and review applications, renewal requests and endorsements for compliance with underwriting authority and guidelines.You are proactive in handling accounts.You are consistent and thorough in your documentation.You are viewed as a team player by your colleagues.Qualifications:
BA/BS PreferredInsurance Producer LicensePersonal lines account management experienceIn-depth knowledge of markets, policies and products and shares information with peersExcellent listening skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong sense of urgencyProblem solver
