Qualifications
Two or more years of F&I management experienceMust show proven track record for performance and CSIProficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and WordAbility to work independently and be self-motivatedGreat attitude with high-energy personalityExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicStrong attention to detailAbility to work well in a process driven environmentOutstanding communication skills in both verbal and writtenHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of age.Must be able to pass the pre-employment testing to include background check, drug test, and pre-employment.Responsibilities
Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval processEstablish and maintain strong relations with our lendersMaintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reportsDetermine the customer's need for financing and explore payment optionsEstablish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and servicesPresent warranties, credit insurance, GAP insurance and other beneficial products offered by the dealershipSecure and finalize transactions in a legal and ethical manner while maintain a high level of productivityMeet monthly forecast for finance and insurance income, penetration levels and customer satisfactionAccurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to the transaction and submits to the dealership's Accounting Department in a timely mannerEnhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experienceDemonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
