Responsibilities
• Create a team culture that consistently drives high-quality business• Analyze sales report data and make decisions based on trends and productivity metrics• Conduct regular team meetings, phone calls, and one on ones personal monthly goals, while closing weekly deals from setters• Prepare and coach qualified candidates to take on leadership roles• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals as determined by leadership
Qualifications
• Prior managerial background with experience coaching and leading a team• 2-3 years of SOLAR in-home sales experience at a minimum with a strong personal performance record• Flexible schedule- able to work Mon-Sat• Excellent communication skills with a track record of relationship-building• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven• Proficient in maintaining personal performance as well as training and developing a team• Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands• Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability• Familiarity with CRMs, Google Suites, and Excel/Sheets
