Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager to join our People Team

The Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager will be responsible for driving talent/hiring strategies across the Self-Help Footprint, the Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy will enable the Talent Acquisition teams across hubs to support business growth, enabling market intelligence and site strategy research. The role plays a critical part in building and growing our recruiting and sourcing capability across our locations and partnering with the hub teams and leaders to design recruiting strategies to scale. They will act as a true talent acquisition advisor, partnering closely with a diverse variety of customers including Regional HR Managers, Recruiters, and individual contributors to drive strategy, goals, processes, and metrics to enhance and lift the recruiting teams.
WHAT You'll DO:
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently to research, analyze data and create innovative talent acquisition solutions for our multiple lines of service- whether it's competing in hyper-competitive markets or identifying an opportunity site to access niche, specialized skillsets in a specific locale. This person is curious, driven and solution oriented.Mentor and coach Recruiters to extend current passive sourcing capability. Dive deep into strategies that are working (or not) to provide knowledge and lift to the recruiting teams.Conduct research which impacts TA's ability to successfully recruit & retain talent.In partnership with the Regional HR Managers, Hiring Managers and Recruiters - Write job descriptions, well researched data driven site strategy documents to contribute to organizational goals (cost savings, diversity, access to talent etc.).Proactively provide recommendations as a subject matter expert that directly influences leaders without authority.Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership.Work across the organization with key stakeholders such as Human Resources, Compensation, and the Business to ensure a superior client and candidate experience.Track work progress and measure its success via regular metrics tracking.Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary.WHAT You'll NEED:
Bachelors in human resources or related field or equivalent related experienced; Master's degree preferred.6 years' experience in talent Acquisition or related field including demonstrated success in developing effective recruiting strategies and relationship building.Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.Proven track record in designing, managing, and executing successful recruiting programs.Strong commitment to our mission - creating economic opportunity for traditionally underserved communities.Preference for working in organizations that place priority on teamwork and collaboration.Strong knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to develop and deliver effective presentations.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.Strong knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize work as well as juggle multiple projects to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines.Accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and experience working with HRIS systems. Experience with UltiPro preferred.Ability and willingness to work beyond normal work hours, as needed.
