Job Description: Kingdom Trails Office ManagerKC&E has been providing mountain bike camps and clinics throughout New England for nearly a decade. We offer camps for young riders aged 7 - 13 and clinics and private instruction for riders of all ages. Our programs are renowned for their safe, fun, and inclusive approach to teaching mountain biking/cycling.
As the Kingdom Trails Office Manager, your primary responsibility will be to operate the KC&E Kingdom Trails office located at 2074 Darling Hill Rd, Lyndonville, VT during the summer season. Responsibilities will include providing service and interacting with customers, communicating with program staff and participants, scheduling staff based on program needs, preparing weekly payroll, monitoring phone and email communications, providing updates to management, and other day-to-day support initiatives for KC&E camp and guide staff.
Our team members are integral to the success of our programs, and we value their commitment to maintaining the high standards of execution and professionalism that define KC&E's standard of excellence.
Prerequisites for applicants:
Customer Service experiencePossesses strong organizational skills and attention to detailCPR/First Aid certification.Completion of online and local in-person training.Time commitment:
January - May: as availableJune: 6/15/24 (11:30am - 4pm), 6/22/24 & 6/23/24 (8:30am - 4:30pm), 6/24/24 - 6/28/24 (8:30am - 1:30pm)July: 20+ hours per weekAugust: 10 - 15 hours per weekSeptember - October: as availableAdditional role requirements:
Monitoring of info@kceadvuentures.com email (and camps@kceadventures.com as necessary)Monitoring and responding to Grasshopper for phone calls/textsMonitoring SlackHave a baseline familiarity with all KC&E programs and be an expert on all things happening at Kingdom TrailsHelp with reconciling each week's payroll for guides and or camp staffBi-monthly check-in meetings with owners and operation team, weekly during JulyEnsuring all KT staff has what they need in order to execute their job successfullyOn going problem solvingNavigating upset parents and/or clientsCoordination of Women's Weekend and other skill clinicsCoordination of day toursAssisting in coordinating KT kids campsEnsuring all KT programs are coordinatedOffice organizationOversight of all things at KTMonthly sit down with Guides to go through availability then to put into the calendar, get communications preferences etc.Miscellaneous projects and tasks; being a small company we all wear multiple hats and are expected to assist with duties outside of our core roles from time to time, embodying teamworkWhat we offer you:
