Job Description

Job DutiesProvides security and safety to the hotel/casino, all employees and guests of the hotel/casino complex.Guards all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation of hopper fills, chip fills and credits.Operates card and dice destruction room.Monitors property/casino entrances, checks for underage gamblers and coordinates any suspicious activities with security management.Conducts Security investigations and completes appropriate reports using iTrak.Handles guest questions with professionalism and courtesy.Operates digital and analog CCTV equipment.Mans Security Command Post as required.Demonstrates Family Style Service at all times.May perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 1 year casino/hotel security experience required.Must be able to handle all types of customer related situations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to investigate incidents and complete written reports as instructed.Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Intellex.Must have keen observational skills.Must have ability to obtain CPR certification.Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act, as well as company and internal controls, policies and procedures.
