We are seeking an

Engagement Coordinator

to assist with coordination of a variety of meaningful resident programs and events in our care venue, with a focus in Memory Support.

We have a full-time, hourly position available. Weekend, and holiday availability required.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develops new program ideas, preps upcoming programming experiences, and encourages active program participationAssists team with the development and delivery of outings/external events, external partnerships, and relationships with independent contractors.Develops, prints, and delivers calendars, signage, and other paper/digital/in-person communications across continuum as assigned.Facilitates successful utilization of technologiesParticipates in resident committees and meetings as assigned.Responsible for participating in outcomes measurement processes: Gathers information about resident interests upon move-in and as part of transitions processes.Accountable for coordinating volunteers to assist with programming as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Required:1+ years of experience working with older adultsExperience in leading programs or classesExperience with customer service, ability to multi-task.Ability to use or learn a variety of tech-based services. and platforms; i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, YouTube, resident facing portals, and A/V set-ups.Mather is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
