Job Description
Summary
The purpose of this job is to provide analysis and assist EV charging business unit leadership in the day-to-day activities and plan development for battery electric vehicle (BEV) charging infrastructure (EVCI) to support transportation electrification trends for passenger vehicles and trucks and in a manner consistent with Pilot's business objectives.
Essential FunctionsGather and analyze data from business partners to identify gaps in existing tools, processes, and workflows and to identify improvements to the BEV charging business.Develop and maintain reporting requirements and establish cadence of reporting related to BEV charging networkAnalyze and maintain data from partners and 3rd parties related to BEV charging network within Pilot digital properties in coordination with the Digital Development team to ensure data integrity and inclusionMaintain site-level details within our master data management system in coordination with Pilot Construction teamProvide updates, status reports, and dashboards for partners and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with business partners, utilities, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to streamline permitting and utility connectionsWork with internal and external construction partners to ensure sites designs meet all requirementsAssist finance and accounting team with reconciliation of invoices from business partners to ensure accuracyTrack site-level capital spend against budgetWork with technology partners to ensure applications and tools meet requirementsModel behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assigned
QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredIntermediate Microsoft Office skills: strong Excel skillsSpecialized Knowledge
Demonstrated knowledge of transportation and logistics market conditions and trends requiredExhibited interest through research of how to develop awareness of BEV, EVCI and related market developmentsKnowledge and experience using TIBCO EBX 5 strongly preferredCompetencies
