This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an

HR Advisor

onsitein

Peachtree City, Georgia,

with Signify.Advise line manager(s) on people management issues, complex HR processes and legal boundaries.

Provide guidance on HR policies, including Rewards policies, talent management processes and escalates out-of-policy cases/requests to the appropriate HR Business Partner.

Meet targets and monitor KPI's (i.e. quality, speed, customer satisfaction) when handling cases using our case management system.

Continuously drive standardization and improvements in ways of working; proactively address communication and standardize HR portal content.

Partner with HR Services functions such as Contact Center Advisors and Administration & Payroll Specialists, and HR functions including local HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Talent Development, Training, etc.).

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related

1+ years of work experience in an HR support role, preferably within a large, global organization

Deep knowledge of HR regulations, processes, labor laws, benefits, payroll, training and related

Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with HRIS systems, Workday preferred

Effective communicator and collaborator with a consultative approach

Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 5%
