Transportation Operations Manager
in
Peachtree City, GA,
with Signify. You'll define and implement the transportation strategy, delivering the right products at the right time at expected costs. Your efforts will deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, while contributing to Signify's carbon reduction initiatives and financial performance.Develop and lead the regional transportation strategy, supporting all modes of transport, for Signify and Cooper Lighting Solutions facilities.
Implement and manage transportation service performance, in line with agreed targets, supported by the Transport Management System (TMS).
Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve service and cost targets.
Enable digitization of transport processes and services, to improve the customer experience.
Support the implementation of a TMS.
Manage supplier relationships.

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in logistics/transportation/end to end supply chain
TMS experience (system implementation experience preferred) and highly proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Customer focused with strong stakeholder management and ability to influence; excellent communication skills and can present information to all levels within the organization
Advanced process management and analytical skills
Possess a continuous improvement mindset; experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies preferred
25% travel to distribution centers and factories (US, Mexico and Canada)

Salary: $115,300 - $169,070
Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 15%
