Senior Manager of Global Benefits
to join our People team at our
Culver City Hub
on a hybrid basis, working 2 days a week from the hub.

What You'll Do
This new role will lead a team of 3 ICs and support Scopely's global benefits program. You will drive solutions that improve employee experience, navigate fast-paced environments, and collaborate with key stakeholders to align benefits with company needs.
You have experience deploying global benefits solutions, thrive in complex environments, and are passionate about creating a great employee experience. You will help ensure Scopely's benefits and wellness programs are innovative and accessible to all employees globally.Ensure a competitive, global benefits portfolio aligned with local practicesOversee plan designs for Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, HSA/FSAs, 401(k), and moreManage benefits budget creatively to maximize ROI, including but not limited to deciding whether fully insured or self-insured is the best approach to ScopelyProvide reporting on benefit utilization and support decision-making with cost analysesMaintain positive relationships with benefit providers to expedite servicesOversee FMLA, Paid Family & Medical Leave, and LOA administrationPartner with facilities to ensure HSE compliance at Scopely's hubsManage interactions between leave policies and insurance plansLead Open Enrollment, including plan renewals, employee communications, and leadership engagementReconcile benefits accounts and approve billing statementsEnsure policies are compliant with Federal and State lawsEvaluate and manage benefits vendors and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficiencyLead new wellness and HSE programs to improve employee health and reduce costsPartner with other leaders within the People team, and ERGs to ensure that our benefits help to attract and retain talentDevelop strategies to facilitate the integration of employees returning from extended LOAWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience in global benefits and corporate wellness of at least 8 yearsKnowledge of global benefits laws (ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, PFL, etc.)Experience in fast-paced tech environmentsAbility to balance multiple priorities with minimal guidanceFocus on employee experience with high EQ and leadership skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsHave led transition from self to fully-insured health plansExperience with LOA systems; Workday and Google Suite are a plus
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $137,700 - $169,900, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
