Overview:Responsibilities:Finance Manager will report to the Director of Finance. The individual will assist in the preparation of the Companys annual budget process and take part in the development and production of all monthly operational reporting. This position will be a key liaison with the region, corporate departments, the accounting staff and senior management.Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Companys annual budget processHelp lead the continued improvement and automation of the budget processDevelop and produce all monthly financial reportsAssist in the monthly close process reviewing P&Ls, reclasses, accruals and variance analysis
Assist market directors in building proformas and compensation model
Build key supporting reports for the regions and corporate departmentsAssist in the production and development of senior management reporting packageWork closely with accounting to identify and solve issues during the monthly closing processAssist in the development of the quarterly forecasts and staffing model updatesLiaison with many areas of the Company to provide timely support and proactive feedback on all issuesQualifications:Education:
Bachelors Degree in Finance or AccountingExperience:5+ years experience of financial analysis and budgeting accounting related experience is preferred2-4 years of solid supervisory experienceExperience with a budgeting and accounting system- Oracle software experience is preferredStrong working knowledge of ExcelExperience Industry:
HealthcareHealthcare experience is preferred
