iSeries Programmer

Position Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance new and existing programs for the company's ERP system Implement full-stack solutions, including user interfaces, application logic, and database structures Collaborate with business teams to identify and create solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency Develop and maintain comprehensive user and system documentation Coordinate all aspects of program implementation, including user training and support for new applications Perform other duties as assigned Location Requirement Candidates must reside in Michigan to be considered for this position Experience and Skills The ideal candidate will have: 5 years of experience in RPG/RPGLE/RPGLE Free/SQLRPGLE programming Proficiency in SQL and functional knowledge of database management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a plus A proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build relationships with internal stakeholders
