The Role
The Opportunity As part of the Global Enterprise Operations (EO) team, we are seeking a Manager to lead the Workplace team for one of our corporate offices in Los Angeles. This position is responsible for leading operational excellence and providing best-in-class workplace environments for our employees and visitors. A successful candidate will be; passionate, empathetic, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities. They must exercise confidence with sensitive information, successfully navigate evolving situations, and execute complex strategies to support business needs. The role:
Lead the onsite Workplace team in execution of vision and strategy, creating an efficient, inclusive, and inspiring workplace environment.
Develop and manage a strong communication strategy on all levels to ensure cohesive stakeholder engagement, sharing any process change, service enhancement, or workplace-related impact.
Build strong partnerships with Food and Beverage, Venue Management, Building Operations, MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes), EHS (Environmental Health & Safety), and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
Strategic partner with Enterprise Operations functional partners Design & Construction, Space & Occupancy planning, Transportation, and Real Estate.
Proactive financial management of workplace costs to ensure Netflix money is being spent wisely.
Project manage small Day 2 construction projects in partnership with the Design & Construction team.
Ensure business needs are fully understood and we are proactively delivering an overall EO strategy that supports business objectives.
Collaborate and align with cross-functional partners such as Talent, AV, Ntech Ops, Corporate Events, Internal Comms, Security Operations, and Systems to ensure we constantly provide a frictionless, safe, and secure workplace and respond to incidents that will occur 24/7.
Qualifications
3-5 years of workplace experience, with an emphasis on hospitality, corporate, or campus management.
Experience leading a diverse team of full-time employees and third-party vendors.
Ability to lead inclusively. Incorporate inclusive leadership principles to drive collaboration, creativity, and innovation among team members. Fosters a workplace environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
Strong focus on senior stakeholder engagement and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Passionate about creating a great place for employees & visitors.
Excellent communication and organizational leadership skills.
Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive team-oriented, hands-on, adaptive, and client-focused attitude.
Comfortable collaborating with diverse team members, including architects, building engineers, property management, project managers, and senior leadership.
High tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides), Slack, and Zendesk (or other ticketing system). A plus: AirTable and Asana.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100,000 - $350,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
