The Wholesale Demand Planning Manager is responsible for leading the demand planning processes. This individual will manage the Wholesale Demand Planning Team in partnering with key cross-functional partners to create dynamic operational plans designed to meet TravisMathew's sales, service, and inventory objectives. The Wholesale Demand Planning Manager will ensure all wholesale sales channels are planning to the appropriate forecast and therefore planning the appropriate supply on a reliable cadence.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee, manage, and drive the performance of the Wholesale Demand Planning Team.Manage the demand planning and forecast processes to ensure the timely adherence to sales, service, and inventory objectives.Manage and facilitate the demand review meetings as part of the monthly Consensus and OTB reviews.Manage and maintain forecast models and tools.Manage demand planning KPI's and share ownership with supply chain partners.Partner with Sales Planning, Merch Planning, and Channel leads to drive consensus around seasonal and monthly demand forecasts.Develop and implement tools and process to improve forecast capabilities, efficiency, and accuracy.Partner with Supply and M&D teams to ensure accurate and complete style lists prior to monthly buys.Re-forecast in-season seasonal and core product to provide accurate comp forecast for upcoming season.Build incremental forecasts using event based modeling or similar techniques.Build new product launch or extension forecasts to support company growth and submit accurate demand projections to supply chain.Provide leadership for all systems development relating to planning.Ensure procedures and processes are executed to meet top-end goals and objectives.Drive culture of analysis and execution taking ownership of identified issues in demand planning to drive quantifiable solutions and positive business results.Manage and drive continuous improvement of the TravisMathew S&OP cycle.Manage special projects that drive operational efficiency, speed to market and risk management.Develop, train, and provide work direction of direct reports.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel modeling.Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP with a focus on integrated planning.Ability to clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.Ability to manage and mentor a team.Ability to understand priority needs and adjust when necessary or when directed.Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency.Strong leadership and motivational skills.Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data / detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fieldMinimum 5 years' relevant experience within and a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) environmentMinimum 3 years leadership experience
