Position Summary
Pediatric Radiologist
The Department of Radiology & Imaging Sciences at Indiana University School of Medicine in partnership with Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking a full-time fellowship trained Pediatric Radiologist to join its pediatric radiology division for a clinical track faculty position to provide overnight care of pediatric patients at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health in Indianapolis and also pediatric patients across the IU Health system and region. There is an option for this position to be remote or in-person. The position will be one of a team of three nighttime radiologists who each work one week on, followed by two weeks off. Clinical expertise (including fluoroscopic procedures, but not IR procedures) in the care of pediatric patients is required. The ability or interest in reading selected urgent Neuroradiology exams on ED patients and inpatients would be desirable in a prospective candidate but is not required.

Indiana University Health Physicians medical group is a multidisciplinary practice affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine. The Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences includes approximately 180 clinical faculty, 52 residents, 10 physicists, and 30 research faculty. Riley Hospital for Children is a free-standing tertiary referral center and level one trauma center serving the entire state of Indiana. The Pediatric Division interprets approximately 180,000 examinations annually. Riley Hospital for Children is located in downtown Indianapolis but plays a central role in providing care for children across the state and is one of the top-rated children's hospitals in the country. Numerous pediatric subspecialties at Riley Hospital for Children are consistently among the highest-rated nationally. The successful applicant would be joining a large Pediatric Radiology group which includes subspecialists including pediatric emergency imagers, pediatric IR, pediatric neuroradiologists, Fetal imagers, pediatric cardiac imagers, and pediatric MSK imagers.

Basic Qualifications
Candidates must be certified (or eligible) in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology or its equivalent and must have passed or be eligible for the CAQ examination in Pediatric Radiology. Doctorate or Terminal Degree Required
