Who You'll Work WithYou'll work in our Miramar or New York office as part of our global Procurement Department (sourcing/contracts and purchasing teams), reporting to the Senior Manager of Sourcing & Contracting. While category management will identify value, our procurement department ensures that sourcing secures it while purchasing maintains it through critical controls. You'll design and implement the source to contract process, determining which aspects are outsourced or automated to enhance efficiency. You'll manage the intake of sourcing activities from category management and ensure the seamless outtake of contracts to purchasing for execution. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, embedding regulatory adherence through well-designed processes, targeted training, and supplier due diligence. You'll also focus on continuous improvement by leveraging automation and technology/AI to optimize sourcing and contracting workflows. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards while driving the sustainable value of sourcing and contracting activities.
Your impact within our firmYou will design and map the end-to-end source to contract process, ensuring a clear definition of roles, process steps, and handoffs while determining and implementing digital enablement initiatives that enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. This will include strategically assessing and deciding which process parts should be outsourced or automated. You will lead the implementation of the source to contract process, ensuring seamless integration and execution from category management to sourcing through contracting and purchasing. As global process owner for contract lifecycle management, you'll develop and realize scalable, streamlined, and compliant contracting processes supported by technology/AI for supplier relationships, aligned with firm goals and regulatory standards. You will drive regulatory compliance by embedding supplier due diligence, implementing critical source-to-pay (S2P) processes, and providing targeted training to relevant stakeholders. You will foster strong partnerships, align on shared objectives, syndicate vision, and educate key leaders across departments, including category management, finance, legal, cybersecurity, social responsibility, risk, and compliance. In this role, you will continuously evaluate and optimize the process, driving improvements through the adoption of automation, AI, and best practices to enhance operational performance. Also, you will monitor and optimize key performance indicators for the source-to-contract services delivered to ensure that business objectives are met.
Your qualifications and skills
University degree preferably in STEM/Supply Chain; MBA or advanced degree preferred7+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 3-5 in category managementExtensive experience managing and optimizing S2P processes and systems, ensuring seamless procurement operations, transparency, and effective spend managementStrong expertise in Sourcing Steps and Processes (examples: Conducting Spend Analysis, Clean Sheet, Total Cost of Ownership and Cost Breakdown Analysis, Sourcing Strategy Development, Product/ Services Requirements and features Mapping, RFP Excellence, Business Case development, and outstanding ability to Negotiate); knowledge of technology solutions that digitize and automate Sourcing Processes is highly valuedStrong understanding of business operations and financial principles, with the ability to assess market trends, develop budgets, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectivesStrong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, ensuring all business operations and processes adhere to legal and industry standardsStrong expertise in Procurement/Sourcing outsourcing and driving maximum value from Business Process Outsourcing [BPO's] suppliersExcellent ability to apply experience and knowledge to transformational improvements, influence others with knowledge and skills, and demonstrate outstanding change management, project management, and communication skillsExperience influencing senior leadership in a consensus-based culture, able to drive change, meet deadlines, and inspire confidence among senior leadershipExperience with supplier performance management is highly valuedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to work across functions at all organizational levelsMastery of Excel and PowerPoint
