In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance and accuracy in handling member garnishments, liens, levies, and child support orders from various state and federal agencies.Your expertise will also be crucial in overseeing our bi-annual escheatment process, ensuring we stay aligned with state regulations. We're looking for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and is passionate about maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all tasks.If you're ready to make a difference and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:1. Two years customer service experience in a financial institution, including experience reading and interpreting legal documentation.2. AA in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.4. Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.5. Ability to effectively prioritize work and demonstrate flexibility6. Ability to communicate effectively and in professional manner, both orally and in writing, with attention to grammar and composition.7. Ability to work accurately with numbers, particularly when needing to interpret account funds which may be exempt from garnishment and not subject to hold.8. Ability to work independently and regularly meet deadlines with minimum supervision.9. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook email, Word and Excel.10. Proficiency with DocuSign and Adobe Pro, including editing functionality.11. Accurate typing with reasonable speed
