If you have experience in a production environment and are eager to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting, we want to hear from you.
Pay: $17 per hour
Shifts: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM & 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (possibly until 5:30 PM)
Responsibilities:
Operate various manufacturing equipment to meet production and quality standards.Create parts or components as per instructions.Work from written and verbal instructions to set the production pace.Ensure all work is performed according to Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.Cross-train in different work centers to broaden your skill set.Perform quality checks and fill out production/quality paperwork accurately.Support IATF16949 standards, ensuring products and processes meet customer quality requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.Previous manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to work with metric measurements and interpret production data.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Dependable, team-oriented, and responsible.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; ability to stand, bend, walk, stoop, and twist.Some areas of the facility may have high temperatures.
