HTS is newly partnered with two beautiful retirement communities situated in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Both facilities offer independent living, assisted living and memory care. One, located near Cascade and Ada, also offers respite care. The other, located in the Eastown neighborhood, offers skilled nursing and has a 5-Star Rating by CMS.
We are currently looking for Physical Therapist Assistants to join the PRN team. PRN with HTS is very flexible and requires minimal commitment. Work only when your availability perfectly aligns with our staffing needs.

Requirements
Applicants must have active Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Michigan license, including graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist assistant education program and subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam to obtain licensure or certification required by the state.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
