Administrative Assistant onsite

GRS Community Management one of Florida's largest community association management companies is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for one of our onsite associations in West Palm Beach. Candidate must have property management experience. The qualified candidate would have overall responsibility for providing administrative support to the onsite association manager
Monday - Friday 40 hrs weekly
compensation $20 based on experience
Key responsibilities include:
Proficient with computer software applications.
Maintain multiple calendars, Microsoft Excel with the ability to create spreadsheets, Share point, Scan and print, Converting documents into PDF format and use of the internet.
Handle resident issues, complaints with a calm and helpful attitude with our residents.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, diplomacy.
Update Cinc systems with current homeowner information. Process work orders and violations letter. Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts to the organization.
Deadline oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have good problem solving, follow-up skills and a team player
Must have reliable transportation
Requirements
High attention to detail
Customer Service with property management experience preferred
Minimum 1 1/2 years strong Administrative experience
Experience in office 365, Excel, Word required
Experience with Cinc strongly preferred
