GRS Community Management one of Florida's largest community association management companies is seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant in one of our onsite associations in Boca Raton/Delray Beach, FL. The qualified candidate would have overall responsibility for providing administrative support for multiple communities.
$22 and up based on experience
Key responsibilities include:
Process work orders, violation letters and ARB requests for the associations.
Work closely with the Association manager to ensure all community information is kept up to date in our system.
Handle resident issues, complaints with a calm and helpful attitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, diplomacy.
Prepare monthly board meetings, annual and budget meeting packages.
Deadline oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have good problem solving, follow-up, time management skills. Also a team player.
Must have reliable transportation.
Requirements
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer Service with property management experience preferred
Minimum 2 years strong Administrative experience
Experience in office 365, Excel, Word required
Able to scan, print and convert documents to pdf format
Experience with Cinc strongly preferred
