The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst contributes and participates in Company's financial reporting obligations and overall compliance with GAAP and the Company's internal accounting policies. The candidate will assist with the preparation and filing of all quarterly and annual SEC filings as well as other applicable statutory filings for subsidiaries (domestic and international), and other government reporting requests, as needed.The successful candidate will:Set and maintain high standards of performance for themselves and others,Be professional in written, verbal, and personal actions,Identify areas for improvement and respectfully challenge the status quo,Have an analytical mindset that can utilize factual data to develop creative and business-oriented solutions, andBe self-aware and adjust accordingly to different environments and audiences.

This role will work under the direction of the Financial Reporting Manager.Detailed DescriptionAssist with the preparation of external financial filings (10-Q, 10-K, proxy, press releases and other SEC filings)Assist with preparation of statutory filings and other government reporting requestsAssist with the review of revenue contracts under ASC 606Prepare monthly corporate accounting entries (i.e., ASC 842 Lease Accounting)Facilitate in identifying and implementing process improvements related to financial reporting dutiesAssist with external and internal audit requestsResearch technical accounting issues and provide accounting policy considerationsAssist with providing support during due diligence process for any potential equity offerings, debt offerings or other transactionsSpecial projects as new accounting and business requirements arisePromote a diverse and inclusive work environment where employees of all backgrounds feel included and their contributions are valued

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics3+ years of relevant experienceIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferred QualificationsCPA or actively pursuing CPAExperience with Workiva WDeskExperience with Hyperion/HFM/OneStream/SAP/OraclePrior experience working with or auditing publicly traded companies

Additional Details:Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone and other office equipment. The job may require some overtime including weekend or holidays.
