Supervisory Responsibilities:Supervise assigned Engineering and Facilities Management staffReview and approve all Engineering and Facilities Management related recommendationsCreate and manage high performing teams to deliver operational excellence and keep employees engaged and thriving, and in conjunction with the Work Dynamics leadership team, understand the firm's strategy and goals and can translate those into the business opportunitiesAnticipate client needs and deliver to outperform on the key performance indicators. Ensure client satisfaction by providing a seamless interface to client; demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity.Create and manage high performing teams which not only deliver operational excellence but keep employees engaged and thriving, and in conjunction with the Work Dynamics leadership team, understand the firm's strategy and goals and can translate those into the business opportunities.Build successful relationships across the account, including regional and COE, to ensure business requirements are understood and to promote confidence, forward planning and best practices - be a trusted advisor. Collaborate with account-wide team and proactively share and reapply all learnings, successes and best practices.Support and help establish the vision and strategy of the team ensuring there is alignment with the client objectives and interests.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a concise and summarized manner without personal biasProficient knowledge of Facilities Management & Engineering, Program & Initiatives ManagementWorking knowledge of leasing, facilities, operations, engineering, construction, and technology (infrastructure)Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skillsUnderstanding of and experience in implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement programsExcellent analytical skills - both financial and planningPublic speaking acumen and the ability to engage large groupsExperienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and remotelyStrong client trust and confidenceAbility to lead diverse teams and identify and develop top talentStrong ability to interpret and communicate business intelligence/data analyticsAdvanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)Previous experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentDetail-oriented, organized, flexible, and a desire to tackle new challengesAbility to move people to action, including self, with a sense of urgencyWorking Environment:
The team is embedded with the Client at the Clients facility in Plano, TXPosition will require periodic travel to regional offices as necessary.Minimum Required Education:
Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Real Estate, Engineering or Construction Management requiredLocation:
On-site -Plano, TX
