Licensed Clinician for (AOT) Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician for our Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) Program. Responsibilities include: oversight and monitoring of High Risk Individuals who are on AOT orders; evaluation of referrals for AOT orders under Kendra's Law; linkage and coordination with Care Management and Clinical Services for high risk individuals released from Jail or Hospital Systems; coordination with Court systems for individuals on AOT orders. This position may also be responsible for completing behavioral health assessments for at-risk youth involved with probation and the court system, engaging in referrals/ linkages for youth, monitoring and follow-up, coordinating with other service providers and for providing consultation to probation regarding complex cases.
Typical work hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30, 35 hour/week. The Licensed Clinician also participates as a part of our after-hours mobile crisis team, with occasional after hours paid on-call - 2 - 3 days per month.
