Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._**Responsibilities**+ Assess, plan, implement and evaluate educational activities related to staff development, providing proper instruction to radiology students.+ Collaborate with managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies.+ Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and utilizes methods, measurements and tools to evaluate learning goals.+ Serve as a resource for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice and professional development.+ Participate in the coordination and continuity of orientation programs.+ Evaluate, assess and document competency for clinical rotations in the department.**Requirements**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ One or more of the following required:+ Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.+ Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Sonography specialty preferred.+ Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.+ Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.+ Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.+ Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.+ BLS Provider preferrred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.**Additional Preferences**credentials in abdomen, vascular AND OBGYN through the ARDMS or ARRT.
