ChristianaCare is hiring a casual
Radiation Therapist II
for our radiation oncology department in the Helen F. Graham Center in Newark, DE.
As a Radiation Therapist II, you would be Under clinical supervision of the Chief, Radiation Therapist and the professional direction of a radiation oncologist performs various radiation therapy treatments and/or simulations at a technical level requiring minimal supervision of technical details.
Our mission is to provide safe, effective radiation treatments to our cancer patients.
This position varies in hours and is on a as needed basis.
Qualifications:High school diplomaGraduate of an accredited school for Radiation Therapy (CHEA, University-based program)Bachelor's Degree preferred5 years of professional experience and/or employed a minimum of3 years at Christiana Care Radiation OncologySpecial Requirements:
Board certification in Radiation Therapy Technology (ARRT)State of Delaware licensure as Radiation Therapy Technology; may be requested to obtain Maryland license.
