FOX Corporation is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its Finance and Compensation team. Interested candidates should enjoy a fast-paced work environment and have an aptitude for multi-tasking. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work across teams. Primary responsibilities include the following:Responsibilities:Lead month-end closing process, analyze accruals, review the P&L and explain variances for all payroll and equity transactionsCoordinate and collect payroll data across business units to facilitate pay ratio studyPrepare annual budgeting and forecasting cycle for Corporate Office CompensationAssist in the preparation of annual increase files for Corporate OfficeSupport team with quarterly reconciliation including payroll taxes and pension paymentsAssist in the preparation of tables for proxy disclosuresManage and maintain SOX compliance in addition to internal and external audits requestsPrepare and assist with payroll year-end reconciliations including W-2 reconciliationsMaintain executive compensation payroll schedulesPrepare bank reconciliationsAssist with the preparation of compensation meeting materialsSupport senior management with ad-hoc projects

This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
